KOLB STENCIL WASHING SYSTEM

The Kolb stencil washer is a device for cleaning stencils used in electronics production. These stencils apply solder paste to printed circuit boards before electronic components are mounted. The washing system removes solder paste and adhesive residues to ensure precise and error-free application during the next production run. It cleans the stencils automatically, uses special cleaning fluids and thus ensures a longer service life for the stencils and consistently high production quality.

HAWKEYE X-RAY COMPONENT COUNTER

A Hawkeye X-ray component counter is a device used in electronics manufacturing to count electronic components, such as SMD components, on reels or in containers using X-ray technology. As the components are often tiny and difficult to count manually, the system uses X-rays to see through packaging and determine the exact number of components. This helps to precisely monitor material stocks, avoid stock-outs and make production more efficient.
